The following members of the Venues and Events Team will be your point of contact when holding an event at Baycourt.

Dale Henderson - Manager: Venues & Events
Dale ensures the smooth running of Venues and Events and Baycourt Community Arts Centre. He has been with Baycourt since 1986 and has a wealth of knowledge about arts and culture in Tauranga.

Pip Loader - Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for balancing customer satisfaction with successful business operation. Pip manages the Production Manager, Baycourt Events Manager, Venue Bookings Officer and Team Leader: Ticket Sales. 

Jo Mohi - Events Manager
The Baycourt Event Manager is responsible for all bookings and events within Baycourt this includes catering, liquor and room layout requirements. Jo also manages the Baycourt Event Crew, which provides front line staff for events held both at Baycourt Community Arts Centre and other Tauranga venues.

Jacob Kelly – Production Manager
The Production Manager manages the Venues and Events Technicians. Jacob manages and draws up detailed production schedules to make sure everything runs smoothly in Baycourt Community Arts Centre and at various offsite locations.

Ben Hambling - Lead Technician: Baycourt
Ben ensures that the technical requirements of events, shows and activities in Baycourt Community Arts Centre are correctly catered for making sure technical requirements are to the highest standard.

Sarah Moorcroft - Marketing Executive
Sarah develops and implements the marketing strategy for Tauranga City Venues and Events and Baycourt Community and Arts Centre. Contact Sarah with any Sales and Marketing enquires.

Lee Gribbin - Team Leader, Ticket Sales
Lee is the contact person for TicketDirect and Ticketek enquiries. She manages the Ticketing Staff and guides promoters through TicketDirect contracts and pricing.

Cheryl Goff - Reception
Cheryl is the first point of contact at Baycourt Community Arts Centre. She is responsible for database management, invoice accounts and receipting incoming funds. Contact Cheryl for any Friends of Baycourt enquiries.
