South Island jazz masters Sumo Jazz bring their original jazz funk to Tauranga!
 
This promises to be an exciting night of eclectic jazz ranging from acoustic straight-ahead to all out fusion from the ever-original Sumo Jazz team featuring: Gwyn Reynolds (saxophone), Darren Pickering (piano/keyboards), Michael Story (acoustic bass), Joseph McCallum (drums), Brad Kang (guitar).
 
They will be joined in the second half by Judges from the National Youth Jazz Competition: Dr Rodger Fox (trombone), Dr Dave Wilson (sax), Dixon Nacey (guitar). Listen as they explore the edge of jazz.
