Baycourt Community and Arts Centre is committed to a safe workplace, the venue has control over health and safety aspects when clients are in the building. However, it expected that the hirer will provide a health and safety plan for the event they bring to the venue. This plan needs to be with the Baycourt Event Manager prior to the day of the event.

Baycourt Theatre controls all aspects of an emergency evacuation. However, the hirer is expected to be familiar with the procedures prior to the event day. Hirers must comply with all instructions by Baycourt Theatre’s staff in the event of an emergency.
