Seating plan
Most events hosted at Baycourt will have allocated/reserve seating, however there will be occasions where some events utilise ‘general admission’. Please check your tickets carefully when booking.
Addison Theatre
The elegant Addison Theatre is Baycourt’s show-stopping centrepiece. With 500+ seating capacity (including allocated wheelchair spaces), bespoke orchestra pit, world-class fly tower, plus state-of-the-art lighting and audio equipment, our audiences are treated to sophisticated experiences that deliver top-quality acoustic and visual delights.

X Space
The X Space is a flexible, multi-purpose event space with a variety of seating configurations. Please view seating plans for this venue on the individual ticket purchase page
Booking and transaction fees
When booking tickets for a show at Baycourt it’s important to know that there are a couple of additional fees incurred on top of the ticket price – a booking fee and a delivery fee. We’ve outlined these below for your reference.

NB – any Eventfinda tickets you purchase for shows outside of Baycourt incur a service fee of $2.50 incl. GST per ticket.
Transaction fees
Transaction fees only apply should you wish to have your tickets posted or couriered to you. Whilst those fees are subject to change, a standard courier is $9.00 and a rural courier fee is $13.00.
If you’re paying via credit card, a transaction fee of 2.5% will be charged per transaction. You can use your debit or EFTPOS card at our box office to avoid these charges.
Phone bookings

Group bookings
The only thing better than attending a show at Baycourt is experiencing it with a group of your whānau and friends!
Some events will offer group ticket prices – this is at the discretion of the event organiser/promoter. To be eligible for a group booking, your party will need to meet the group conditions set by the event organiser (e.g. groups of six or more people). All group bookings are subject to booking and transaction fees.
Venue ticket collection
Our box office opens one hour before the scheduled start time for all ticketed shows at Baycourt. You can collect your tickets once you arrive at Baycourt for the show, or feel free to pick them up any time during our regular box office hours (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm). Please remember to bring your photo I.D. when you come to collect your tickets.
