GROUP BOOKINGS
The only thing better than attending a show at Baycourt is experiencing it with a group of your whānau and friends!
Some events will offer group ticket prices – this is at the discretion of the event organiser/promoter. To be eligible for a group booking, your party will need to meet the group conditions set by the event organiser (e.g. groups of six or more people).
All group bookings are subject to service fees.

PAYING FOR YOUR GROUP BOOKING
When it’s time to pay for your group booking you will be given two options – you can choose to be invoiced, or you can pay for your tickets using a credit/debit card. Fees will apply on your chosen method of payment as follows:
- INVOICE: To be invoiced for a group booking you will need to contact Ticketek’s Group Booking Line $10.00 incl. GST payment fee will apply. The invoice you receive will include Ticketek’s bank account details and needs to be paid within two weeks from its date of issue (or less if event is within two weeks). You can pay your invoice by doing an internet bank transfer or by visiting your bank’s local branch, just don’t forget to take your invoice with you! Once payment has been received, Ticketek will release and issue your tickets. Please note that.
- CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: If you opt to pay for your group booking with a debit/credit card a 3% surcharge will apply. Please note that if you decide to use your credit/debit card to pay a group booking invoice, the 3% surcharge will be waived and you will be charged the $10.00 incl GST invoicing fee instead.
